What is KICK?
Kids Into Coding Kapiti (KICK) offers fun, hands-on coding classes for kids aged 8–12
In small classes of up to 8 students, your child will explore the exciting world of programming
using both block-based and text-based languages like Python, HTML, CSS, and more.
Led by an experienced and dynamic instructor, our sessions are designed to build confidence,
spark creativity, and develop critical thinking skills—setting your child up for success in the digital age.
In our classes your child will:
- Get started with programming and coding basics
- Learn skills that are useful in school, their future and everyday life
- Gain confidence and critical thinking skills
- Join a community of like-minded kids, who are passionate about coding
